Paid Parking

The majority of Downtown Loveland’s parking spots are free. There are more than 10 free public parking lots across town, and on-street parking is free. However, drivers may encounter various paid lots in the city, too.

City Lots

The city owns the City Hall/The Works Lot adjacent to City Hall. This is the ONLY city-owned lot with paid parking. Approximately 40 spots are paid parking at $1 per hour. Approximately 70 spots remain free of charge. Drivers may pay via ParkMobile. Paid spots are lined in orange paint.

Private Lots

Some private lots throughout the city charge parking fees. Costs and restrictions are per the owner’s discretion.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is replacing the Little Miami Scenic Trail’s pedestrian bridge near Downtown Loveland. This is the bridge just north of Nisbet Park. Construction began Oct. 1, 2023, and will last through May 2024. Click for the latest project updates: READ MORE
