You’re invited to a free event at Nisbet Park hosted by Soaring Soul Wellness. This event is part of a 7-session wellness retreat series running through October. All ages are welcome. This event is beginner-friendly; you do not need to have yoga or meditation experience.

The senses will ignite upon arrival hearing the healing frequencies of the chakra-tuned quartz singing bowls. The body will settle into the sound, as we shift to gentle movement that is beneficial for all bodies. We will then invite mindfulness into the pallet with light, healthy, organic snacks (vegan and gluten-free). Enjoy guided meditation and relaxation practices you can take home with you.
