You don't want to miss Loveland's first Oktoberfest!

Oktoberfest is coming to Downtown Loveland on September 24 and 25. You don’t want to miss this festive celebration! Events will take place throughout the downtown area, and local businesses will participate with German food and music.

The Biergarten will be located in downtown’s Nisbet Park.

Friday, September 24 (4-10 p.m.)

  • 5 p.m.
    Stein Slide opens (Biergarten & Cappy’s)
    Prost Fur Paws (Landing Event Center)
  • 6:30 p.m.
    Stein Hoist Prelims begin at restaurants and bars
    Restaurants and bars will hold first round “Masskrugstemmen” competitions (Stein Hoist Contests) on Friday. This will determine the participants who will go on stage Saturday.
  • 7 p.m.
    Counting Skeletons performs (Biergarten Mainstage)
  • 7:30 p.m. German costume contest at Bishop’s Quarter

Saturday, September 25 (4-11 p.m.)

  • 4 p.m.
    Live Entertainment Begins (Biergarten Mainstage)
  • 4:30 p.m.
    Weiner Dog Race (Nisbet Park)
  • 5 p.m.
    Stein Slide opens (Biergarten)
  • 5:30 p.m.
    Ceremonial Keg Procession and Keg Tapping
    Loveland Mayor Kathy Bailey to lead the procession down Railroad Avenue to the Main Stage.
  • 6 p.m.
    Zinzinnati Bier Band performs (Biergarten Mainstage)
  • 6:30 p.m.
    Stein Hoist Finals (Biergarten Mainstage)
    WLWT meteorologist and Loveland resident Randy Rico to emcee!
