The majority of Downtown Loveland’s parking spots are free. There are more than 10 free public parking lots across town, and on-street parking is free. However, drivers may encounter various paid lots in the city, too.

City Lots

The city owns the City Hall/The Works Lot adjacent to City Hall. This is the ONLY city-owned lot with paid parking. Approximately 40 spots are paid parking at $1.70 per hour. Approximately 70 spots remain free of charge.

Private Lots

Some private lots throughout the city charge parking fees. Costs and restrictions are per the owner’s discretion.
