Join Whistle Stop Clay Works and Soaring Soul Wellness for our Clay & Wellness event. You’ll make a pumpkin or jack-o-lantern and enjoy a peaceful afternoon of wellness including mindfulness meditation, crystal chakra bowl sound bath and community connection.

This event is open to everyone and is appropriate for all skill levels.

We begin with mindfulness meditation with sound bath. Then we create the clay project with Bonnie while the sound bath continues. We finish with gentle movement: all bodies welcome
